When Pueblo needs to draw an object it doesn't know how to handle (a RealAudio
file, for instance), it first checks the Pueblo ‘plugins’ directory for a
plugin that can handle that object type. If more than one is found, the plugin
with the most recent date is chosen. If no plugin is found in the Pueblo
plugins’ directory, then the Netscape ‘plugins’ directory is checked. The newest
compatible plugin in that directory is used to draw the object. If a compatible
plugin is not found in either directory, then the object will not be drawn.
Note: If you install a new plugin while Pueblo is running, you’ll need to restart
Pueblo before that plugin is recognized.
